Cyberpunk Computer Room Sci-fi - Low Poly PBR UE Textures

This is a cyberpunk computer room, fully texturized and built to scale. As you can see from the previews, this product consists of 8 furniture pieces, each one with its own 4K textures set.

4K .png PBR textures are included, both branded and clean. PBR textures are: albedo,ao,emissive,height,metalness,normal DX,normal, roughness.

Also included are two sets for Unreal Engine, one branded and one clean. Tested in UE5 (see screenshot).

Royalty Free License allows you to use the product without the need to pay royalties or other license fees for multiple uses, per volume sold, or some time period of use or sales. You can use it as long as it is incorporated into the product and the 3rd party cannot retrieve it individually in either the digital or physical form. You cannot resell the model you bought in the digital or printed form, but can use it in your commercial projects multiple times after paying for it just once. Licenses marked with "no AI" tag do not permit Product use for machine learning or training of neural network models, including generative AI models.

Product may not be sold, given, or assigned to another person or entity in the form it is downloaded from the Site or in 3D printed physical form. Product may not be used to create visual content, such as scenes, videos, or designs, which are published or sold through other stock media clearinghouses.

This is, however, a non-exclusive license and the product remains the property of a seller for further distribution.
